Understand that there will be barriers in place to challenge you quite possibly have a profound negative effect upon you set to knock you down. This is all part of your process. Train your mind right to understand these setbacks, there is nothing worth looking behind you — everything is right in front of you and its yours for the taking.

lUKE'S STORY

Prior to my son being born in 2007 I had lead a pretty destructive life and i was heading nowhere FAST. Excessive amounts of drugs, alcohol, partying and no sense of direction had taken its toll on me. I am not ashamed of what I had become as it was my own doing — I had done a lot of wrong, and accepted my failures and when my son was born I knew then and there that there was absolutely no way I would continue to be who I had become. 

Over 2 years of bringing myself to "level" and eventually getting my head above water I could honestly say I was feeling good about life... but there was still something missing.

April 2010 I discovered a training modality called "The ZUU". From only 2mins of this form of training it literally changed my entire life. The physical, emotional and mental breakthroughs that came through with doing ZUU was nothing like I had ever experienced.

Through doing ZUU it lead me into discovering a new career path in fitness, it has opened up many doors that I would have never known about, it lead me to rediscovering my love for weights and understanding nutrition, which then lead me straight into "Flexible dieting".

The transformation that took place from 2007-2016 has been life-changing. I had found new PURPOSE in life, and although it happened in stages I was always working towards a better life for my family, and for myself. I did not want to pass on a legacy of lifestyle related illnesses that has negatively impacted my immediate family. I have shown my family that it's never to late to make a positive change.

To this very day I am still learning more and more about myself and how I can help the many people I come into contact with that will resonate with my story.
